The brief
Premium hand-knotted rugs require a different visual language. The brand wanted catalog assets that read as “heirloom” — not “AI-generated”. Trust was non-negotiable.
Our approach
We built a custom evaluator on top of our generation pipeline, trained on what “heritage rug photography” actually looks like. Outputs that didn’t pass the evaluator were rejected. The buyer never saw the slop.
The outcome
50 SKUs · 8 lifestyle scenes + 360° spin + detail crops per piece. Designer book delivered to 200 trade contacts. Brand reported 3× trade inquiries within 30 days.
